The E-commerce Serenity plan therefore adds to standard maintenance:
- Regular testing of the checkout funnel: we verify that the payment, the cart, and the transactional emails work, before your customers do.
- Tested daily backups: your catalog and orders can be restored at any time.
- Priority treatment: in addition to our contractual guarantees (response < 2 h, recovery < 8 business hours), your store takes priority over any other request in the event of simultaneous incidents.
- 2 hours of included credit each month: product sheets, banners, small fixes, SEO optimizations… usable freely, rollover for one month.

How does it work?

- You follow everything transparently: via our Hootis platform, check the interventions performed, the status of your site, your hours consumed, and those remaining.
- One single invoice per month, adjustable with a simple addendum. For any request, an email or WhatsApp message is enough.
