With AwA, your information will not pass through intermediaries unfamiliar with your field and your needs. You will benefit from direct contact with our developers so that we can better understand your requirements. This allows us to adapt both our pricing and the technologies we use to your project. Our organization also enables us to offer competitive pricing without compromising on expertise.

Unlike many other web agencies, the delay between the administrative phase and the actual start of your project is relatively short. After aligning with the project decision-makers, we will send you a custom quote along with a contract to sign directly online. Once signed, we begin work within the week following receipt of the deposit. In urgent cases, we may, in certain situations, start work the very same day, without waiting for the deposit.

Finally, we are also open to all types of projects, regardless of the field: a showcase website to present your business, an e-commerce store to sell your products, a custom website with complex algorithms, or even adult websites. Let’s now get to the heart of the matter: the monitoring and management of your project.

First of all, please note that we have developed our own in-house ERP/CRM tool, which also includes a client monitoring area. This means you will be able to track the progress of all tasks related to your project, send us documents and passwords, consult your appointments and payments… all in one place and at no extra cost. This is a significant advantage compared to other web agencies, which often prefer to remain vague about project progress.

Thanks to this tool, but not only this tool, we can be reached through any platform: email, phone, Teams, Skype, WhatsApp, Discord, Telegram… or even another app if necessary. In the event of an emergency or rush, we can also intervene during the weekend (depending on the agreed contract).

As for our working methods, we apply Agile principles (Kanban), particularly in project monitoring, in order to receive regular feedback and thus avoid dissatisfaction at the time of a full delivery that does not match the client’s expectations. We also use GIT versioning for larger projects in order to remain transparent about our changes and encourage teamwork. If requested by the client, we can also adapt some of our processes if we consider them appropriate (for example, using a tool that we do not already offer).

Finally, please note that we never subcontract your work without informing you and without your consent. Our team is capable of performing across many areas of the web, including development, web design, SEO, performance audits, servers, and more. Therefore, we only subcontract as a last resort and only if we do not provide the requested service ourselves (such as mobile development). In such cases, we then act as project managers so that you still have only one point of contact.

We conclude with post-delivery follow-up. While this stage is often synonymous with abandonment at other web agencies that consider their work finished, that is not the case with us. Once a contract has ended and a project has been delivered, we do not hesitate to continue advising our clients on the three aspects we regularly emphasize:
