The concept 🧪
AwA was selected to design and develop the GaudBots website, an innovative SaaS platform offering artificial intelligence tools dedicated to professionals and entrepreneurs. GaudBots provides themed packs of AI applications specifically designed to meet precise needs such as commercial prospecting, growth, or content creation.
AwA’s mission was to create a site that is both modern and ergonomic, reflecting GaudBots’ avant-garde identity while ensuring a smooth user experience.
This collaboration perfectly illustrates AwA’s commitment to delivering innovative and tailored web solutions, aimed at strengthening GaudBots’ digital presence and supporting its goal to become a key partner in the digital development of businesses, as well as in the booming AI sector serving humanity.

The challenges of this project 💪
One of the biggest challenges of this project was to deploy AI bots requiring real-time interactions, with no user limits. Indeed, some bots required setting up a Windows VPS server with multiple Python scripts, notably to enable the operation of multiple Selenium Stealth browsers. These instances can then be used to retrieve information during SEO audits, scrape data, and so on. The scripts must respond quickly during API calls, remain usable by multiple users simultaneously, or manage a queue efficiently while avoiding application-side timeouts. By doing this, we did not limit ourselves to basic data retrieval but aimed to deliver the most complete bots possible, with minimal human interaction.
Another difficulty was to make the bots as easy to use as possible. Indeed, several require the use of external APIs or filling in technical information (cookies). We therefore minimized the required configuration as much as possible and automatically generated API keys when possible, for new installations.
Finally, we also developed an internal AI chatbot for GaudBots. It had to respond to all user questions in record time, know the bots inside out, and serve as an interactive guided tutorial when needed.
