Tap into the fast-growing refurbished market by allowing your customers to sell their old devices to you. This module adds a complete configurator to your PrestaShop store, enabling instant phone valuation, collection of seller details, and automatic generation of legal documents.

Main Features

• Smooth step-by-step customer journey: brand, model, storage capacity, and color selection with dynamic loading (AJAX).
• Acquisition banner (Call to Action): the module automatically hooks into the homepage (displayHome hook) with a visually engaging block inviting visitors to estimate and sell their phone in one click.
• Precise valuation grid: pricing is adjusted in real time based on phone condition (Like new, scratched, broken…), SIM status, and accessory inclusion.
• Payment and shipping management: customers choose how to send the device and how to be paid (bank transfer / IBAN or PayPal).
• Automatic PDF generation: at the end of the process, the customer downloads a pre-filled “Transfer Certificate” PDF containing all legal information.
• Native PrestaShop logic: the request generates a real €0 order in your back office, containing a virtual product listing all phone details for buyback.
• Integrated counter-offer system: once the phone is received, if it does not match the description, you can send a counter-offer from the order. The customer can accept or reject it instantly via a secure dynamic email.
• Configuration generator, CSV import, statistics…: a full back-office interface is available to simplify the setup of your buyback configurator. All instructions, including how to edit configurator text and emails in both languages, are documented in the module configuration page.
